Stockton is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Stockton follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I had got the 3 thighs and a waffle and it was so delicious very well seasoned and fried to perfection. He was super sweet and nice his son was learning what pops do when a customer orders food. It was a great experience. Also the thighs are boneless y'all I love that them chicken pieces were so big. I recommend this place if you want some great good food. 10 stars across the board.

This was my first time at Rayโ€™s Chicken and Fish, and I was very impressed! I ordered the โ€œHad To Have Itโ€ and it tasted amazing, full of flavor and cooked perfectly. The service was wonderful, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Iโ€™ll definitely be coming back!

I haven't been here in like 9 years back when I worked in Stockton. Food was always good/decent but I thought the selection of desserts was more of the draw back then. Used to look more market oriented. Had the fish and chicken on display. Used to take a long time too. They definitely changed to be more of a restaurant which set the tone for how different the food was going to be than before. Ordered 3 piece cod. Not only did I get a 4th piece but damn everything was way better than I remember. Fish and fries were CRISPY but not overcooked. Years ago Batter used to be just okay and seasoning on top made up for it. Used to remind me of those prepacked powders from the store. Nahhh. This time the batter was seasoned and the powder on top just made it perfect. Need to come back for some snapper and chicken. Not gonna even bother going to any other fish and chips spot. Check them out and support them. I'm incredibly happy they're still around.

I feel like people who really appreciate food understand 2 things; โ€œwhole in the wallโ€ spots should be referred to as hidden gems & you can tell when someone cooks with love! This place embodies both of these facts.. for too long Iโ€™ve been suggested this place and finally the day has arrived my taste buds were blessed! THIS IS THE SPOT FOR YOUR SEAFOOD FIX
